Instructions for NEW Installation
Do NOT omit any of these steps
1. Download the appropriate version of PedigreeBiz on to your computer. Allow the installation to replace files if you are prompted to do so. See Technical Support if the
installation does not begin automatically.
2. When installation is complete, open PedigreeBiz and click on Purchase to enter your license number.
Instructions for Re-Installation
Do NOT omit any of these steps
1. Backup your existing data before you begin. Copy the PedigreeBiz.mdb file located in the PedigreeBiz Directory Folder File Location to a disk or other temporary file folder location outside of the PedigreeBiz Directory Folder.
2. Download the appropriate version of PedigreeBiz on to your computer. Allow the installation to replace files if you are prompted to do so. See Technical Support if the installation does not begin automatically.
3. Copy your backup PedigreeBiz.mdb data files into the PedigreeBiz Directory Folder File Location for the version of PedigreeBiz you are running.
Instructions for UPGRADE Installation
Do NOT omit any of these steps
1. Backup your existing data before you begin. Copy the PedigreeBiz.mdb files located in the PedigreeBiz Directory Folder File Location to a disk or other temporary file folder location outside of the PedigreeBiz Directory Folder.
2. Using the Add/Remove Programs option in the Windows Control Panel (Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove), uninstall/remove PedigreeBiz.
3. Delete the directory folder ‘PedigreeBiz’ located in the Directory Folder File Location.
4. Reboot your pc (do NOT omit this step).
5. Download the appropriate version of PedigreeBiz on to your computer. Allow the installation to replace files if you are prompted to do so. See Technical Support if the installation does not begin automatically.
6. Copy your backup Pedigree.mdb data files into the new PedigreeBiz Directory Folder File Location when the installation is complete.

Control Panel to install PedigreeBiz. Follow the steps on the screen using the file called “PedigreeBiz” on the PedigreeBiz installaion.
